My appearance on the Nick Coffer Show

If you missed my appearance on Nick Coffer's Show on BBC Three Counties Radio yesterday, here it is with the music and idents and news edited out. I realise those were the best bits so, sorry, you're stuck with just me and Nick wittering on. We discuss my life as a chef, a cop, an artist and writer. And we consider a creepy spider theme park, how to downsize your life and dancing on stage with Shane McGowan. Approximately 30 mins.
