365 Doodles - Day 344 - Doodleshare Special

A double whammy today with the two doodles I did today for Ben Cameron's Doodleshare project. There are two sheets in circulation this time; the first is the traditional Doodleshare format where each artist, in turn, adds to the overall composition and then sends it on. Here's what I did today for that one:

The second style is the 'Doodleshare Twirl'; a starburst pattern radiating from a central hub. Each artist fills in a 'beam' and then passes it on. Here's mine:

It joins Ben's effort. And now the pieces move on to the next artist; in this case the fabulous Moose Allain.

Do follow the regular updates on Ben's blog to see how the two works of art grow.

365 Doodles - Day 342

More drawing today but I STILL can't show you any as they're commissions for Christmas pressies. Grrr. So, instead, here's something for the new Doodleshare project. Apart from the big doodle itself, there's a notebook that accompanies it as it passes from artist to artist and everyone is encouraged to sign/doodle in the book. Here's my page of the book, drawn today:

365 Doodles - Day 340

Twenty-five days to go...

This 365 doodles thing is quite frustrating at the moment. I'm doing my last few commissions and some of the pieces are great fun - I'm dying to show them to you. However, they're Christmas presents and if I posted them up I'd be ruining all kinds of surprises. Still, I'll have lots to show off come Boxing Day.

In the meantime, another page from a sketchpad. I might adapt the 'Tower of Clowns' for my submission in Ben Cameron's latest Doodle Share project. We'll see.

Incidentally, if you follow that link and like the look of Doodle Share and fancy joining in, do contact Ben. Or me. All welcome!

Doodleshare - Stage 4

Ben Cameron's Doodleshare project reaches its fourth doodler today with this hilarious addition by the very funny Nick Hilditch (far right). So far it's been with Ben, myself, the inimitable Moose Allain ... and now this. And as the mega-doodle gets stuffed back into its tube and moves on to the next doodler ... what next I wonder?
